SHIPPING COST AND TAX

Shipping is FREE on all orders to customers within the USA.

TRANSIT, HANDLING & amp; ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Handling time 1-2 Days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time - 3-4 Days (Monday to Friday)

Cut Off Time- 5.00 PM (GMT-5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)

All orders ship the same day if placed before 5.00 PM

 DELIVERY TERMS

To ship the merchandise, we use (Example: UPS, Redex, DHL, etc.) Shipping.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Once it is in transit, we are unable to alter the delivery address. Contact us at support@usaplanterrr.store or call us at +1 (218) 527-2185 within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to change the delivery location.

 
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

For a single order, we don't offer shipping to different addresses. Please place separate orders if you want products delivered to different addresses.

WRONG ADDRESS

You will be responsible for paying all shipping fees for resending the product if you provide the incorrect address during checkout and it is returned to us.

DELAYED

There are certain instances of delay, though. If your order won't be delivered for more than 11 business days, we'll let you know right away.

TRACKING AN ORDER

Your order will have a tracking number once it has been shipped, allowing you to follow it until it is delivered to you.(Tracking Page)

CANCELLATION:

We can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped if you decide to change your mind before receiving your order. Please refer to our return policy if an order has already been shipped out.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please, if possible, reject the parcel with the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, don't hesitate to get in touch with customer service with the next steps.
